submerse - No Continues Kid (Kafuka Remix)

An Osaka based Japanese sound designer Kafuka now officially remixed submerse - No Continues Kid.

Kafuka cuts up samples from the original, augmenting it with unique drum programming and flourishes of MAX/MSP glitch work.



He will perform alongside submerse, Erik Luebs, Fumi, and more for a night of left-field electronics and open-minded techno taking place at Perfect Touch 3rd anniversary party,  Club Circus(Osaka) on June 25th.

Kafuka節が効いたカットアップと、MAX/MSPでプログラミングされたグリッチなビートが印象的な良リミックスです。

Erik Luebs – Absolute Presence

Osaka based producer Erik Lubes aka Magical mistakes released  "Absolute Presence" under the name of his real name "Erik Lubes" from world wide well known electronic music label "Project Mooncircle" lately.

"Absolute Presence" includes various tracks like really beautiful ambient style melodic synth with 4/4 beats style deep house, tight bass line beats, impressive mallet sound track, deep sound scape ambient track.

All tracks are my fave and I'd like to recommend this release.
Especially Track1"Farewells" which is actually danceable however good for easy listening and Track 4 "Outpouring" is like traditional ambient style stuff. It really reminds me "bvdub"works.

This release already got some good feedbacks from influential music media like BOILER ROOM, NTS, BBCR1 and more

Congratulations, Erik!!!

Perfect Touch:Julien Mier - "Changing Currents"

Osaka-based electronic music label/event Perfect Touch which is run by Magical Mistakes aka Erik Luebs & mightwhales released a new  beautiful EP "Changing Currents" by Dutch producer,  Julien Mier.

Osaka-based electronic music label/event Perfect Touch which is run by Magical Mistakes aka Erik Luebs & mightwhales released a beautiful electronica beats & ambient/Drone style A compilation"Peace of Mind: A compilation of calming" lately.

This compilation album includes world wide well known Julien Mier, Kobe-based beat maker Ryuei Kotoge, Japan-via-Thailand traveling beat guru Lee, Nagoya-based  Ramza and more.

All tracks are well good, indeed and it is absolutely true. Especially I really like a track No.2 / Kafuka - Room(My most favorite one from this compilation)
