Rei Hrakami - 5 tracks must listen

Rei Harakami(1970-2011) is still one of the greatest  electronic musician in my life.
He pasted away 2011, July.... However I've been listening to his music.... still.
I won't stop it until I die...
R.I.P..... & respect Rei Harakami forever....

Actually I can't really chose only 5 tracks.... I think it would be changed really day by day. However just today.... Here are my top5...

1. Owari no kisetsu
It is my most favorite his track. Simply beautiful cover track of Hruomi Hosono( a member of YMO).

2. UA - SENKO (Rei Harakami Original Mix)

Super cool Harakami folktronica J-Pop. Awesome....

3. Kieta koi

Delayed synth & rhythm are so impressive....

4. Bioscape

This tack is taken from his early work "unrest". Beautiful piano riff with kinda Hip hop beats are nicely mixed up.

5. 300ml(Milk)

Harakami style electronica funkness....

Big news! One of my most favorite Spanish Skweee queen"BFlecha" is back!!!!
Her home record label "ARKESTRA" released 2tracks from her "Specius Presente / H2o".
"Specius Presente"- dream pop style synth with B-more drum loop. It is really good for her vocal, indeed.
And "H2o"-  Sounds like Spanish style R&B via electronica stuff.  Her vocal really fits on the track, so much impressively....

Highly recommended to grab a copy. All music fans must get this brilliant releases.

Currently I really like this track which is produced by Tokyo's young talented DJ/Producer Andrew(TREKKIE TRAX).
This track "Gear up" is a quite simple track but powerful bassy funky stuff.
If you are a DJ like UK style bass lover, his track would be fit on your DJ set.

ハックニーから北西ロンドンに会場を移した理由もそれなの。誰もそこでパーティーをやってないから、人にわざわざそこまで来てもらうには、良いものを作っているっていう自信がないとできない（東ロンドンが中心になる7年前までは、パーティーは基本そうだったんだけど）。だから外的な圧力に左右されるパーティーではないわ。私たちはイケてるって思われたいとか、お金を儲けたいとか、認められたいって思っていないの。そして経済的な義務とか評判がないってことは、流行とは関係なくて、そのおかげでパーティーが小規模で親密になっている。私たちは、私たちが育ったこの街の良い人々に、良い時間を過ごしてもらおうとしているだけ。それがパーティーのあるべき姿だと思う。それを純粋にモチベーションとしてやっているなら、簡単なことだと思うわ。

Fukuoka-based techno producer "Reqterdrumer" is releasing his new album "undulation" from  "Blue Arts Music".
The album includes some remixes  which are produced by Techno legends like Ken Ishii, Frank Muller,  Mijk Van Dijk,  Kaito aka Hiroshi Watanabe, SUGIURUMN.

Actually, it might not really cutting edge in current music scene. (Especially internet native generation kids) However all tracks are great. I do feel they are just like traditional & permanency great techno sounds.

Osaka-based electronic music label/event Perfect Touch which is run by Magical Mistakes aka Erik Luebs & mightwhales released a beautiful electronica beats & ambient/Drone style A compilation"Peace of Mind: A compilation of calming" lately.

This compilation album includes world wide well known Julien Mier, Kobe-based beat maker Ryuei Kotoge, Japan-via-Thailand traveling beat guru Lee, Nagoya-based  Ramza and more.

All tracks are well good, indeed and it is absolutely true. Especially I really like a track No.2 / Kafuka - Room(My most favorite one from this compilation)
This track is very chill out sounds & skillful electronica style programed track.

That's simply wow! when I listened to it at very first time.

She played various alternative, tribal & cutting edge bass music on her DJ set.
It is well dope, tight & danger bass stuff.
Anyway, you definitely listen to it, if you feel getting board about kinda main stream "Bass music".

Blue Nile - Birth of Venus

New York-based electronic producer Blue Nile aka Jessee Egan currently released her beautiful mystic album "BIRTH OF VENUS" which is Ambient, Electronica, Abstract beats style music from Japanese record label AY.

The lead track "Birth of Venus" is  a luxury & beautiful layered synth track.
Her music already got the attention from Grimes & currently featured on Tycho 's blog.
